First off, you'll want to center the whole thing. This is done with the code

. You'll only need this once. Post it at the top and bottom because if you try to center everything individually then you can mess up easily. Centering makes it look neater.
Next, for names you want to bold and color them. Like this Stone Cold: Bla bla bla. It'd be done by going like this Name: except you'd replace red with the color you want.
Next up, pictures are good to use. You can find fansites for your superstar by googling your superstar's name following by fansite. About half of the wrestlers have them. It'll probably be on page one or two if they do. Go to their gallery, find pictures from promos you want and right click them. Click copy image URL and go to the promo and use the code to post images.
Another pointer is that it's good to keep promos going and not just close them right away.
Commentary is also good to include and should be in the same way as superstar's names but different colors.
For your entrance you can go to youtube, look for the video you want and copy the URL from youtube.com/?v= up to where it says & because the & starts making it not work. To code the youtube video in is
If your superstar doesn't have a fansite and you want to use pictures you can do a couple things... You can ask other people if they've used him in the past and have pics. Google images for them and you may be able to piece some together. Or go to youtube and look for videos of your superstar cutting promos. Hit print screen in the top right of your computer keyboard while watching in full screen. Then go to paint and paste using ctrl v. Save that. Go to imageshack or imgur and upload them to use them in your promo.
Always try to indicate who is talking.
You should bold actions or italicize them to make them stand out from normal talking as well as some sort of separator like ** or () or {}. Bold is above and to italicize do
These aren't requirements, but they're to help you improve on formatting and look of promos. You don't need to follow them or if you have your own ways that you think look better are fine but if you are struggling then you should definitely consider these.
